Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping: 3 – 5 business days for transit*
*We do our best to offer the most affordable shipping possible using either UPS or USPS
*UPS does not deliver to a PO Box, must enter a physical address.
*We do our best to ship out same day or within 24 hours of receiving an order.

*Please note: In the event that an item in your order goes out of stock, we will refund the cost of the out-of-stock item and ship the remaining items in your order. Please note that we do not offer back orders, and we do not cover the cost of any sales or shipping related to the out-of-stock item.

International Shipping

We strongly suggest International Customers check with their local customs agency for any Rules, Regulations or Restrictions on the importation of Dietary Herbal Supplements and/or our Herbal Blends listed ingredients prior to placing an order.

Standard Shipping: 6 – 10 business days to reach customs*

Please note: All transit times are estimates and not a guarantee. If carrier or customs delays occur an investigation must be opened prior to reshipping.

Customs/Duties/Import Taxes
International shipping costs DO NOT include Import fees, Duties, or Taxes. These fees will be calculated and charged by the delivering countries customs agency once the shipment has arrived. Customs fees are the responsibility of the package recipient, We are not responsible for customs fees assessed for any international order.
Any returned package due to non-compliance of Customs Fees, Rules, Regulations
or Restrictions is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Shipping Terms
and Conditions
Phone Number Requirement: All international customers are required to provide a valid phone number at the time of checkout. This requirement is crucial for effective communication and efficient delivery of your package. Please note, that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure this information is provided at checkout. We are not obligated to request or obtain this information if it is not initially provided. Failure to provide a valid phone number may result in delivery issues for which we cannot be held responsible.

Consequences of Non-Provision of Phone Number:

Returned Packages: Returned packages due to the absence of a provided phone number, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs are nonrefundable. The refund amount will be the product total minus a 20% restocking fee back to the original form of payment used on the order.

Processing Time: Refunds will only be processed once the returned package is received and inspected by our team.

Risk of Loss for Destroyed Packages: In the unfortunate event that a package is destroyed during transit and cannot be recovered, the customer acknowledges the loss of the complete funds paid. No refunds or compensations will be provided in such scenarios.
By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions regarding international shipping. We encourage you to provide accurate and complete information to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
BREXIT and UK Shipping
For the time being we have decided to suspend low-value sales to the UK on orders under £135. In order to continue providing goods to our UK Customers we have decided to implement a minimum order of £135 (or $200 USD to be safe) for all UK destined sales, which shifts the responsibility to the buyer. Orders over £135 will go through customs as usual and have any VAT applied to be paid before delivery.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but feel it is necessary to avoid any long-term repercussions.
Health Canada
Due to Health Canada's policies, we are only able to ship to Canada under the following conditions:

Shipments to Canada must be addressed to an individual and NOT a Company/Business name.

Orders cannot contain more than a 90-day supply within a 90-day period.
Failure to comply will result in the package being held, returned and/or contents removed by Health Canada. We are not responsible for any seized or returned package due to an individual's non-compliance with Health Canada regulations.
