Iridology Series: Skin Ring & Scurf Rim

I want to start teaching you guys a little iridology so you can read your irises for yourself and use it as a tool to track your progress on the hero’s journey. I’m going to start with all the basics and work my way into talking about more specific things so stay tuned. 😎

The red arrow I have marked is pointing to the dark blue ring around this iris, it is referred to as a skin ring or a scurf rim. This thick circle around the outside of the iris appears when the person is having issues eliminating toxins though the kidneys and skin, & it’s creating lymphatic clogging in the skin.

This shows up in our irises when we have skin disturbances such as dry skin, eczema, psoriasis, dandruff, freckles, moles, skin tags, beauty marks, really any type of skin issue/symptom always goes back to 2 of the main lymphatic eliminations channels, the kidneys and the skin, being too overwhelmed with toxins and mucus to eliminate, so the body uses the skin as the 3rd kidney and tries to push more toxins out of the skin.

Reversing this starts with the kidneys, cleaning the mucus out and getting them filtering and eliminating lymphatic waste again.

How do we do this? First by switching to distilled water. If you’re new to this, it’s the most simple thing you can do without changing your diet too much. The only water used in kidney dialysis machines is distilled water. Distilled is empty water, there are 0 parts per million of dissolved solids inside this water.

Since it is empty water, it has the ability to pull inorganic minerals and salts from the body. Intermittent fasting for as long as you can on distilled water in the morning right when you get up, gives the kidneys a break from processing food/drink calories and allows them to work on cleaning up the mucus/minerals/toxins already there by flushing water through this channel.

The second most important thing we can be doing for the kidneys is adding lots of fresh fruit in to our diets, REPLACING the mucus forming foods. Not just eating more. Fruits are the most astringent (toxin/mucus pulling) food group and for humans (as a frugivore species) we should be consuming a diet mainly consisting of fruits. Fruit also rehydrates and provides alkalinity to the cells, balancing out the acids that trying to be eliminated through the skin.

Since ripe fruit isnt always available to most of us, juicing is the next best tool. Going on a long term solid food vacation gives the elimination channels a chance to be rehydrated without the pressure of digesting fiber. Juices also flush the lymphatic system and chip away the dehydrated, caked on mucus on kidneys.

I hope this was helpful to some of you. If you’re struggling with skin issues, support your kidneys and remove mucus forming foods from your diet. The more mucus you eat, the worse your skin will look. If you need help understanding this process more, send me an email. I’m always here for you guys. ❤️
